Overview
All online/web orders are final sale. You have checked the box agreeing that the part you are buying is a final sale. If there is a defect with your item, you may contact us to discuss exchange options.
For all other orders: to complete your return, items must be returned within 14 days and require a return authorization number prior to returning your order. Please contact us at 780-489-5711 to obtain a return authorization number. Items must be unopened, unused with original tags attached. Returns are subject to a restocking fee.
The following items are final sale: All Triggers (New or Used), Scope Rings and Bases, Liability Parts, Sale Items and Web Orders
All parts should be installed and fitted by a qualified licensed gunsmith. Parts fitted improperly may cause serious injury or death to you or others.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Certain parts, like Timney Triggers for example, are considered a liability part and are final sale.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 18124 – 107 Ave NW, Edmonton AB | T5S 1K5.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs in either direction are non-refundable.
